📋1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and kuk9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kuk9 website located at kuk9.org, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and related services made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on the kuk9 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable. kuk9 will take immediate action upon any evidence of underage usage, including permanent account closure and confiscation of any funds held in the account.
• 2You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You may not register or use a kuk9 account on behalf of another person, a corporation, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• 3You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any details that change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• 4You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where kuk9 has determined that it does not offer services. It is your sole responsibility to verify that use of the kuk9 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• 5You may hold only one kuk9 account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

📝3. Account Registration

To access the full range of kuk9 services, including placing bets, depositing, withdrawing, and claiming bonuses, you must register a kuk9 account. The following conditions apply to your account at all times.

• 1Your account credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. kuk9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• 2You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• 3kuk9 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in temporary hold or permanent closure of the account.
• 4You must notify kuk9 promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. kuk9 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account pending investigation following a security notification.
• 5kuk9 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your kuk9 account or any entitlements under your account to any other person. Any such transfer is void and may result in account closure.

💰4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kuk9 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kuk9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. The most current list of supported methods is displayed on the kuk9 deposit and withdrawal pages.

Deposits are credited to your kuk9 wallet balance upon confirmation of the transaction from the relevant payment network. kuk9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Any deposit received from a payment source that does not match the verified identity of the account holder may be returned and the account investigated.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. kuk9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals requested from accounts where KYC has not been completed may be held pending verification. kuk9 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, however your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

kuk9 offers bonuses, promotions, and rewards to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general bonus terms and by any specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms of the relevant offer prevail.

• 1Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the applicable promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 2Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover requirement is stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• 3Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit the combination of offers. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in breach of this rule may result in all bonus balances being voided.
• 4kuk9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered.
• 5Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordination with other players to guarantee outcomes — constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• 6Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirement on winnings derived from free spin rounds. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated for free spin winnings, the default platform wagering requirement applies.

🎲6. Game Rules and Fair Play

kuk9 offers a range of casino games, crash games, live dealer tables, fishing games, and sports betting markets. Each product category operates under its own game-specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game interface. The following general principles apply across all game and betting products on kuk9.

• 2Bets accepted by the kuk9 system are binding. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where permitted by specific game or betting market rules (for example, live in-play cash-out options where available).
• 3In the event of a technical fault, communication error, or game malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, kuk9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes placed on that round to the relevant player accounts. Any winnings generated by a malfunctioning game round are not valid and will not be paid.
• 4kuk9 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrectly priced markets ("palpable errors") and to recover any winnings paid out as a result of such pricing errors. kuk9 will notify affected account holders and process stake refunds where a palpable error voiding is applied.

🚫7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuk9 Platform. kuk9 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure — against any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct.

• 1Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false or third-party identity information.
• 2Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the kuk9 Platform.
• 3Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using kuk9 to facilitate any financial crime.
• 4Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or any other form of coordinated manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
• 5Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at kuk9 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any Platform communication channel.

⛔8. Account Suspension and Termination

kuk9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where we have reasonable cause to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) the account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (c) maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order. In non-urgent cases, kuk9 will provide reasonable notice before taking action. In urgent cases — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or ongoing abuse — kuk9 may act without prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account after deduction of any bonuses, void winnings, or other ineligible amounts may be returned to the account holder at kuk9's sole discretion. Where closure results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multiple-account abuse, kuk9 reserves the right to retain all balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.

🛡️9. Responsible Gaming

kuk9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming on the kuk9 Platform should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to have a negative impact on your finances, wellbeing, or relationships, we encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings or to contact our support team.

• 1Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• 2Time-out: You may take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days using the time-out feature. During a time-out, access to gaming sections of the Platform is suspended. Time-outs cannot be reversed before expiry.
• 3Self-exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from kuk9 through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the exclusion period. kuk9 will not market to self-excluded players and will not accept deposits from a self-excluded account.

⚖️10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kuk9 shall not be liable to any user for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the kuk9 Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted, even if kuk9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kuk9's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user to their kuk9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude kuk9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

All content available through the kuk9 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to kuk9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of kuk9. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

kuk9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kuk9 will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, kuk9 may additionally notify registered account holders via the contact information on file.

Your continued use of the kuk9 Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

🏛️13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and kuk9 arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted on the Platform, you agree to contact kuk9 customer support in the first instance at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. kuk9 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
